I was recently diagnosed with Graves Disease, a thyroid issue, and it has been a struggle for me to lose weight. I have decided to stop focusing on weight loss (scales) but to change my mindset and to focus on a healthier lifestyle. Which meansI will eat clean and work out.

Hope all is okay with you? Another week down...did not exercise much this week but that's okay, things will just go slower weight wise and I think that is part of the ups and downs of the cycle, you know? As long as we don't stress over it, we will make it. Besides I seem to have too many other stresses to worry about weight right now! LOL

Doing great with the weight loss because I am determined to not allow any emotional traumas eat away at my success. But emotionally very down...finances are the pits...I look around me and everyone I know is doing fine...it feels so defeating...sorry to be a burden!
