Another week down...did not exercise much this week but that's okay, things will just go slower weight wise and I think that is part of the ups and downs of the cycle, you know? As long as we don't stress over it, we will make it. Besides I seem to have too many other stresses to worry about weight right now! LOL
Doing great with the weight loss because I am determined to not allow any emotional traumas eat away at my success. But emotionally very down...finances are the pits...I look around me and everyone I know is doing fine...it feels so defeating...sorry to be a burden!
