JUST CAME BY TO SAY HELLO AND HOPE ALL IS WELL.


I SEE YOU ARE AN EX ARMY PERSON I WAS IN ARMY BACK IN 1974.

GOT OUT 1980 AND WENT TO WORK DRIVING TRUCK.

I WAS ARADIO COMMUNICATION SGT.IN THE ARMY.

BUT THEN I GOT DISABLKED DUE TO HEART TROUBLE AND DRS MADE

ME QUIET WORK AND NOW I DRAW DISABLITY

I LET MY WEIGHT GET OUT OF HANDS AFTER THE SERVICE BUT I AM

TRYING TO GET MY SELF HEALTY AGAIN.

THAT IS WHY I JOINED SPARKS AND SO FAR I HAVE WENT FROM 345 TO

295LBS SO I THINK I AM ON RIGHT TRACK.

I HOPE WE CAN BE FREINDS AND HELP EACH OTHER.
