Thirty for thirty

I turned thirty in April, and had wanted to lose thirty pounds by then. I called it my "Thirty by Thirty" plan. That didn't work. So now I'm going for thirty pounds just because - not for a birthday celebration or wedding event - just because I need to and I know I can! I need some support though, because I am my own worst enemy when it comes to sticking to a healthy lifestyle change!

Just say NO...to turtles that is...haha. I hope you find our team motivating enough that you can say no to those turtles or maybe you say, i wil have one and that is enough for me. hang in there.
