As the eldest (so far) in the Odessa, Midland, West Texas group I will try and share my wisdom with you and the rest of the group. Having read your posts, it may be that you share a great deal of wisdom with me. You are doing a great job of researching and understanding the weight loss process. And that's what "friends" are for . . .to share and encourage and support.
