recently moved to be closer to aging family taught myself to eat only when i am hungry and as a result the amount of intake dropped to under 900 calories a day..mostly veggies and stuff and i was happy in my carbs but now must change because of the insulin intake instead of the pill regime

read and stitch but as diabetic retinopathy has occurred and some eye surgery has thus far been unsuccessful and i am deaf..this business of not being able to see well is driving me to distraction trying to find things to do with myself
