My Goals:
1. To finally feel I am worth as much as anyone.
2. To wear what I want and look great no matter what my size at the time.
3. To stop putting things off until I am "perfect"...there is no such thing.....I am perfect at any given time.
4. To stop wishing I could look, be like someone else....then who would be me?
5.To appreciate all the wonderful opportunities I am given....stop making excuses not to take them.
6. Stop wasting time feeling sorry for myself.No one else is.
7. Learn how to play the guitar..I have had one for 10 years now and I keep looking at it wishing I could play some Gordon Lightfoot.
8. Pick up that artist brush and put something on the canvas..it doesn't have to be gallery material to be worthwhile!
9. Stop worrying about the past and future.....start living in the here and now ...remember yesterday is gone and tomorrow hasn't happened yet......you only have today...so get busy!!

My Program:
I hate sweating! I tried the gym membership...just never works out so I am going to do it at home..no excuses.I am doing cardio everyday in the form of swimming , walking and using a stationary bike.
I am using the strength training program provided until I get a better handle on it. I am using the trackers everday and I browse through other members posts for motivation......this is truly what has gotten me to believe in myself and that I can accomplish all my goals...and more.

Personal Information:
I live in southwestern Ontario, Canada with my husband, two teenage children (yikes my daughers at University and just turned 19!) a wonderful, shephard/huskey dog and two cats addicted to the temptation cat treats.

Other Information:
I love scary movies..thrillers
I love the same in novels.. but as I am an avid reader I will read any genre usually .
I love watching hockey..both children have played for many years. I love watching my son play lacrosse..what a great sport! I love to travel....my husband and I have gotten the travel bug recently and this past year we have gone to Paris, Japan, Bangkok, Hongkong, Dominican, Costa Rica, and will be going to Rome in May. I love wine and cooking..my husband is a much better cook..he borders on Gourmet fare while I'm more the casserole type!

The trip to Miami was awesome! We had great weather, lots to eat and lots to drink...yikes! Unfortunately I came back to a week of the flu :( ! Between vacation and being sick I have been way off track both with my eating and my exercise. I am hoping to turn that all around starting today! Send some positive vibes my way...I could definitely use them this week!

I try to stay really positive and forget about the slip ups, or the things *i think* i should do better, and just focus on the the things I did do better. :)
