My Goals:
I want to be able to wear a dress and feel attractive again. I don't like feeing embarrassed about my body. I don't mind getting older, but I do mind getting sloppy!

My Program:
Staying at or below 1300 calories per day, with at least 60 minutes of exercise each day, as well. I'm enjoying my juicer. Got to stay focused!!

I can't run either, or at least I couldn't. Maybe one day you'll say you couldn't too. If you do want to run, start with a 5K training plan, they do a good job of easing you into it.

How is day 2 going? I have no bread today. I have been working on machine quilting a quilt for the Church so I haven't taken much time for myself. I did get in 10 minutes of strength today. That is an improvement for me. Have you been doing the extra points?
