My Goals:
*Lose 15 pounds by January 1st-weigh 130 lbs.
*Lose another 15 lbs. by April--weigh 115 lbs.
*Exercise for 30 minutes 6 days a week
*Eat a diet comprised of at least 80% live foods-fruits & vegetables.
*drink 8 glasses of water daily.

My Program:
I hike the mountains near my home at least 2 x week.
Go to L.A. Fitness at least 4 x week--enjoy the treadmill, free weights, and relaxing in the spa area.


Other Information:
Read a variety of books and listen to all sorts of music. I watch too much television and need to push myself into doing activities with friends and families. Love a good Scrabble game.
