I'm going to try again! One year later I'm 60, still single and a librarian in a small Montana town. Reading, music, art and my pets are my passions.
I did not meet any of last years goals, but this year may be different!

Christmas gift suggestions: To your enemy, forgiveness. To an opponent, tolerance. To a friend, your heart. To a customer, service. To all, charity. To every child, a good example. To yourself, respect.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with blessings!

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I always wondered where the phrase, "I don't give a rats ass" came from. I mean, if I had any rats asses you could have them all. What are people doing with those in the first place and why are they holding onto them so tightly? ;) Anyway, I definitely had the "I couldn't care less" attitude about dieting yesterday once I started down the road to destruction. I guess my dopamine levels needed a boost and high sugar, high fat food was the easiest, fastest way to get it. The brain always looks for the shortest way to reward... stupid brain! But you are so right...I need to FORCE it to say "I think I can" instead of "I think I'll go eat that entire bowl of frosting and a glazed jelly donut." Cheers!
