Did you quit? I was checking back to see how you are doing and I sure hope you didn't quit. Please come back!! You can do this, if you will just stay with it.
I'm reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on stopping emotional eating. If you have a problem with that, I would say to read his book as it is the best I have found for help in that area. He says "If you can't manage your stress, you will never be able to manage your weight."
