I did my first day of planned exercise in a very long while, and wow! I am soooo out of shape! Gotta make this part of my usual routine again. I'm looking forward to having less aches and pains that will only come with loosing weight and working out! I want that!

Nice to hear from you today. Sorry you're experiencing the same thing, but on the positive side, we're both still trying! I'm pretty psyched right now that I've actually had 3 healthy days in a row!
