It's Finally Time to Get Healthy!
After many years of starting and stopping diets and exercise routines, I've finally decided to get really serious about achieving my goals of getting healthy, both mentally and physically, and losing weight.

Short Term Goal: Walk a 5K each month, either an organized event or on my own Medium Term Goal: Be ready to go to the beach this coming summer. Long Term Goal: Go for a ride in a helicopter!

I've started with the basics... no more soda's eat more fruits & veggies exercise at least 30 minutes a day track my foods
