exercise at least 30 minutes a day

Are You Master of Your Spark Domain?

Remember the Seinfeld Game? Remember how quickly Jerry, Kramer and Elaine all were out? Let's see if you can do better. Here is how it works.

Beginning midnight April 1, track. Track everything. Nutrition, water, exercise, the whole shebang. Don't track something, you are out. Fess up. Miss your 8 cups of water, out. Blow your calories, you are out. Fess up on this thread. Exercise without tracking, out. To make it fun, don't exercise at least one hour a week, out.

Once a week on Sundays (say), roll call for those who still are "in" and playing.

Deceptively simple, but it's not. Who's in? Starting roll call this Sunday. Ready, set, go!

Hello there! Thanks for the comment on my blog. So nice to hear from you again. I knew that when I came back to Spark, there would be excellent folks like you ready to support me.

I rejoined Spark thinking it would be safe at this point to do so. I've had some trouble with a stalker, and wouldn't you know it, as soon as the restraining order expired, she started up again.

I don't think I'm going to be able to continue at Spark because she stalks me online as well as off. I made my page private, but I think she's actually on my friends list here. I think she might have made a fake profile and so I don't know which profile is hers and which are my actual Spark friends.

I'm just leaving Spark (facebook, and every other on line thing) again. One day she might really go away and then I'll be back.

No matter how much time has passed, I still remember my Sparkfriends fondly and want you to know just how much your support means to others.

I just got back in from walking 26 minutes and WHEW. My body is acting like I just walked a 5K! The doc said to let my body be my guide. I did 15 min. on Tuesday, 30 min. in 2 sessions yesterday(20 /10), and was trying to see if I could do 30 min. at once today. Not quite there yet, but was glad I tried. Plus I walked outside since it's in the mid 40's today! It felt great to get some fresh air! Hope you can get some walking in soon.
