My Goals:
My primary goal is to enjoy good health.

My secondary goals are to eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, and to get plenty of rest and relaxation.

My Program:
I have been involved in an exercise program for many years, and I do pretty well with the healthy food part. I am working very hard to include the rest and relaxation, but something always seem to stand in the way. That is my toughest challenge.

Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Tennessee, but I am not too far away from Memphis. I know everyone has heard of Memphis...LOL.

Other Information:
My pets are six spoiled cats: Cricket, Max, Jade, Freedom, Kobe, and Chloe.

Hi Pam how are you doing today? I hope all is well with you. I am feeling a little down today. I didn't seem to lose any weight last week. I didn't work out as I should because I was in pain most of the week. I am going to get back on track today but that fear I not sticking to the plan is starting to creep up. I really do want to lose this weight. I just need the perk up and keep moving. Have a good day Pam. I am believing this will turn out to be a good day for me too.
