Hi, I'm Kriss
I first joined Spark People about three years ago. I loved the site. Reading others journeys always made me want to get up and GO. I was doing good too. Then, I decided to get a personnel trainer I wanted to work on strength training. She was wonderful. I loved her to death. She wanted me to use a different web site so that she could monitor my food intake (my biggest problem) so I did.

Then my entire changed when I got custody of my sister 3 kids. I went from single to mother of three very quickly. To keep it short. I gained all of the weight back (about 30lbs.) So now I'm back.

My Goals:
I'm here to get Healthy, Fit and Happy. I know I will be inspired, so I want to try my hardest to inspire others!

My Program:
Slow and steady.
Instead of doing everything full force this time(and running out of steam) I plan to master one thing at a time. Right now I want to make sure I log everything I each.

I still plan to workout everyday, but I don't want to make to many 'I will do ....'

I completely understand the feeling of gaining something that we've worked so hard to lose. As they say, "it's one step backward - two steps forward." It's good to hear that you're moving forward.

At least you came back to the site. :) It's ok to have messed up, as long as you never give up. I would definitely like to have us both start over together. We can do it, we just have to really be accountable, track our calories, and make sure to get some movement in. I hope you're doing well today! emoticon emoticon emoticon
