Working the Weight Off...

Hey, I'm Nicki...
I've have been around for quite a bit, losing and gaining and some what maintaining. I had a car accident 1/23/08 and working out is not an option, YET. I started eating better 2/25 and starting logging again March 6th. So, Ready...Set...Go!

My Goals:
I want to weigh 130, but ultimately I want to reach 125...
I was able to go from walking for excercise to jogging a complete HALF MILE without stopping (by the end of 07); so, i want to be able to increase that and see where i end up.

My Program:
Back in August of 2006 i weighed 182. In January 2007 i was 168 and dieted (nutrition calc, almost like SP) and by May i was down to 155. October 1st, i weighed 162 and went down to 153.8 by the end of December. Back at 163, time to watch what i eat and as soon as i can excercise.

Personal Information:
I am now in Warminster, Pa. I work full-time for an eye doctor's office, working on my AA in Communications and love to enjoy life and share my time with family and friends. Last but not least, I am happily involved with my boyfriend who is a U.S. Sailor, we have been together over 3 years and I wouldn't trade what we have for the world.

Other Information:
GOALS!!

-Walk in the a.m. up to 40 mins Outside as much as possible.

-Weigh atleast 153 or less by my 21st.

Hello! I was just catching up on my spark page and saw your comment. Looks like you are on the right track and headed to your goal! That's wonderful...I haven't been very committed, but I'm starting to get my butt in gear.

Welcome back! Sorry to hear about your wreck. I hope all is well. If you need encouragement let me know. My eating has been horrible lately, so I am ready to re- commit!
