I am trapped to working out in the house until Erie thaws out here. I have a heavy bag and weights in the basement. So, I "circuit train" down there as much as I can. Minimum 5 days a week.
hey how you doing, just wondering how things are going for you. i slacked off a bit, but what do u know, I am Back!!!!! have u been able to get out of the house to exercise? i went to the gym today. i missed an entire week and gained a few lbs back :( ugh working on motivating. are u needing any motivation too??? hugs
