I would like to invite you to join me on the "Eat a Rainbow" diet!
The deal is, you eat something HEALTHY from every color of the rainbow each day. Jellow and M&M's don't count Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day. Don't allow yourself to go hungry: Eat ever 2 1/2 to 4 hours Exercise at least 30 minutes, at least 3 times a week, preferably 5 to 7 times.
Focus on Eating "Smart" food choices, vs. "JUNK FOOD"
I try to avoid processed food, and only drink filtered water, or "spring water"
Doing this has helped me to feel better, look better and lose weight.
I try not to focus so much on food, but I've been "bowing down to the food god" for so long, it's a bad habit that needs to be broken.
"Eating to live vs. living to eat."
Focusing on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith.... so you won't grow weary and lose heart!
