- Follow my custom food plan
- Exercise 2x per week
- Lose 60lbs by June

I am working with a weight loss coach to keep me focused and on track.

Current goals

-Eat something every 3-4 hours, 1700-2200 cals per day
-include veggies and fruits as much as possible
-Burn 260 calories twice per week
-Log all food eaten
-Log emotions at mealtimes

Personal Information:
Working professional, graduate student with a wonderful husband, 2 dogs, and three chirpy parakeets.
