Hi, I am here because I want to lose weight and keep it off. I am overweight because I do not put enough time and effort into my nutrition and fitness. I enjoy measuring progress to see if I am successful or if I need to improve, I also enjoy working with others to accomplish goals; so, I think this will be a good place for that.
