My Goals:
A solid nutrition and fitness foundation for the rest of my life. Run a 5K in 2010.
My Program:
No soda (since Jan. 1, 2008) Eat five servings of fruits and veggies every day. Limit carbs (my downfall!) Exercise outside at least three times a week. Take a 10-15 minute walk at work every day. Go for a long walk/hike (at least two hours) once every weekened. Do some upper body training at least twice a week.
Personal Information:
I enjoy... writing and editing (yes..I enjoy my job!) being outdoors. spending time with friends and family. learning and trying new things. board games. Mexican food! :)
Other Information:
I'm motivated by my dad. After a serious surgery a few years ago, he's committed himself to doing something he loves: mountain hiking.
