My name's Danita. I'm 45 and have a daughter 26 and a son 24. I thought I would try something a little different this year by exposing my weight loss challenges since I havent' done a very good job of keeping the weight off on my own. Besides, there's strength in numbers right? I'm recently married (2yrs) and it didn't take long for the weight I took off for the wedding to find it's way back. I have 2 granddaughters whom I love very much and I would like to be able to keep up with them.

I've decided to track my calories very closely. Drink more water, log my excercise regimen and lean on my team members as much as possible.

My name is Danita and live in South Orange County. I've been struggling to keep weight off since my mid twnenties. Now, I'm in my mid forties only to discover it hasn't gotten easier but extremely harder to loose or keep the weight off. I figure if I don't get a handle on this soon, it'll be too late.
