I am enjoying the holiday challenge. Thanks for sharing it! My favorite is the walking meditation. I'm kind of spacey lately anyway, so it isn't difficult to clear my mind. My thoughts do keep going back to worry and stress, but I found it easy enough to distract myself and refocus on the meditation each time my thoughts strayed. This may become a more regular routine for me. I hope the challenge is going well for you also. Hang in there! sounds like you have a bit of a black cloud over your head. It will pass. You are not alone.
