I have been living in China for almost two years now and have deemed it my second home. I have always struggled with my weight, but have never been seriously overweight. After moving to China the combination of adjusting and the abundant amount of delicious greasy Chinese food lead to me weighing 170 lbs! Last year I went back to the states to visit my family and was overjoyed to finally be able to buy some clothes. Upon returning to China I probably weighed almost 175 pounds. Having bought plenty of clothes to last me the winter I continued to eat terrible food on a daily basis. By March of this year I finally realized that I really needed to loose weight. After a month on my own I lost about 6 lbs, but decided to step things up and get a personal trainer. It will be almost 2months since I have been working out with my trainer and I have lost a total of 8 inches from my waist, thighs, hips, and arms and 18 pounds!

My Goals:
1) 132 lbs by late August, before I go back to the states. *REACHED!!*

2) My boyfriend to not be able to fit into my clothes! (Ahh he keeps losing weight too!)

3) Defined abs! (getting there!)

4) Go to the gym in short shorts and a short top. *(Did it last night August 8th!)*


My Program:
I prepare all my food and count most of my calories for the rest of the day when I get up in the morning. Eat every two hours and drink more than 12 glasses of water everyday. Try to make it count every time I go to the gym.

    Your doing great. Do you see where we are. The food was so good there. We stayed downtown Bejing. I have to ask my daughter what hotel. We had so much fun at the silk... I forget what it is called. I really watched what I ate while we were there. I stayed clear of anything deep fried, ate tons of fruit and salad for breakfest. No american food. Oh I know the silk market it was called. Where are you from here in the states. We were over there with my herbilest. It is funny that you gained weight over there (not really funny but you know what I mean) because I was writing some material on weight loss and found sme things that are different from the US and China. I didn't see people eating while they were driving or walking down the street. I other think was that at the DQ a small was really small. Keep it up. you on the right track. Don't fall back into those bad habits . I fight those bad habits everyday after taking off 50 pounds.
