Just wanted to let those of you stopping by know that I have had some hip pain since the end of March. Finally went to the doc's and I'm getting tested for arthritis in 2 weeks.
Keep your fingers crossed please that it's just a false alarm, the pain goes away and I can go back to being active!
I am still sparking as well as I can :)

emoticon I just thought I'd share something that keeps me going and an active "Sparker."
I've found that it helps me stay motivated if I take a few quiet moments to visualize what I want my future to look like (especially when I'm "down") - a healthy lifestyle and celebrating life, love and laughter with my friends and family. I dont so much see an actual me, but get a feel of what I want my life to be like. I remind myself that this vision is within my grasp - it will take time and effort, but i know it will become my reality! Doing that helps me refocus my determination and to remain positive throughout the ups and downs of my journey.
