Back again!! again!! again!!! OCTOBER '13

OK, I'm back AGAIN!
I must be more serious about this...weight loss and exercise for good health..
...now I need to be a bit ( a lot) more firm..I am fat..I don't feel fat, I'm a thin person mentally, but whoa..when I see pictures that is a shock.
I am such a naughty person, I hate to obey rules (well, about eating and exercising)
Now I have been such a good girl. I have been to the Y to use the elliptical and recumbent bike for 30 minutes a day.

I finally got on the Total Gym..5 minutes for a couple of times a week..better than nothing..

Food planning comes next. I am doing ok, but need more planned meals.

Thank you for the friend add. We were away for the long weekend in the mountains of AZ with little or no coverage so I couldn't respond sooner. So glad to once again be a part of BLC23...I took BLC22 off and have been a part of this motivating and dynamic team since round 10!
Make the most of what is available and awesome things happen not only on the scale but also with the tape measure! Good Luck!
