My Goals:
Be 25 pounds lighter and wear a cute summer dress when I attend my 25-year class reunion on August 6, 2011.

Be a good example to my boys by taking care of myself and being healthy.






My Program:
I gave up trying to live low-carb. I know it takes the weight off, but I could not maintain it.

I am doing the Spark Diet now. I believe it will be easier to live with long-term.

Hey Girlie!!! How are you? Getting closer to the reunion...3 months, right? I'm still working out like a crazy person, almost 700 minutes this week! Going to start tapering down after tomorrow...got a 100 miler on Saturday! Wish me luck! What are you up to?
