Like today this morning I was down and out , you don't know how badly i wanted to run to the fridge, but instead I calmed myself down and put my goal in perspective...to lose weight...

I was reading what you put on your Sparkpage. I know what you mean about spending the day helping others get stronger or healthier. I work in a nursing home... We take care of so many people in our job and home, but we forget about us. I am proud of you for realizing that, and for working on a positive change.
