To be or not to be Fat, that is the question?
Hello, I am tired of being tired, and sick of being sick!!! So Here I am looking to find some(affordable-free does it for me, too) help to get to where I need to be. I want my strength and health and sexy me back! She is buried under depression pudge, help me let her out of here!!

My Goals:
Going to lose this weight by next year june. Gives me a year to do it right!! Forever this time! I am a keeper, so will keep myself healthy.
My Program:
Watch fat, fiber and sodium intake and try to keep the calories in my range. Will try to get working out again too. One thing at a time.
Personal Information:
Divorced mom of two,one in heaven early(hence the depression pudge I refer to above). Live in waaay upstate NY, but roots in NH and VT. Family everywhere, youngest of 7. A farm and garden woman who likes to raise our own food(meat and veggie) I am the rabbit and my son is the T-REX. Tend to be a bit silly to hide the sad sometimes!!
Other Information:
Eat to live don't live to eat.
Be a mindful eater. For emotional eaters like me that means before it goes in your mouth thinking about why you are eating. Hunger? Or drowning some feeling you don't want to feel? HMMMMM.
And then this helps too...." What do I want more.... This food or my sexy body back?"
