I am spontaneous, laid-back, and enjoy life to the fullest. :)

I am excited and determined. I have lost 21 pounds thus far. Now it's time to incorporate a healthy, well-balanced, lifestyle. :)


Here are some of my goals:
-130s by 30 (approximately 1 year and 4 months).
-Climb a 14er by the end of summer (Mt. Evans by Sept. 15th).
-Run a marathon by 4/1/14.
-Be fit to ski next winter.
-More strength, endurance, balance, ...

Some of the ways I will be achieving a healthier lifestyle (will intensify as I get more in shape):
-Hikes and walks.
-Trying out various gyms.
-Trying out various classes (cycling, barre, pilates, tai chi, etc.).
-Portion control.
-Yoga.
-Attend meet ups that promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
-Having workout buddies.
-Eating healthier (less meat, more plant proteins)
--Workout videos by myself and with friends via Skype.
