My Goals:
My goal is to have less body fat% and more lean muscle mass - to be "ripped" in other words.

My Program:
I have reduced my caloric intake, increased my protein intake, and replaced simple carbs with complex at every possible opportunity.
I've decided on alternating heavy lift days with moderate and lite days and I do cardio 3-4 times/wk, not for fat loss, but for a strong cardio-repiratory system ( besides, I like it !)
