Hey! I cannot wait to try this website again! I was here once before, but due to some complications I was unable to keep it up. Right now though, I'm at a point in my life where I am making all kinds of healthy decisions and trying to set myself up for a complete lifestyle change! I want to be healthy. And I want to do this while I'm young and able to, before I get married and have children! I want to feel good about myself and enjoy having my picture taken. I want to be healthy so I can enjoy things. I want to have more energy to do the things I love. I want to avoid nasty health problems associated with being overweight. All in all, I just want to be HEALTHY. Yes, I would like to lose the weight. But it's more than that, I want to know that I'm doing all I can do to take care of myself.
I love the outdoors so this is the perfect time of year to get started!
I love to go hiking and camping and backpacking.
I'm an avid canoer/kayaker/rafter.
I love horseback riding.
I walk whenever I can, usually with my two dogs(who walk me better than I walk them!)
I love riding bikes and would like to buy one this year.

Complete a 45 minute cardio workout 5x's a week.
Take a multivitamin daily.
Eat the right amount of servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
Stay within or under my calorie and fat ranges.
Lose a total of 25 pounds.
Right now I am walking on a treadclimber twice a week for 45 minutes.
Twice a week I'm participating in an aerobics class.
Once a week, I am swimming for 45 minutes.
I take my dogs on walks on the city's walking trail whenever I can.
I pack fruits and veggies for snacks.
I pack my lunch instead of eating out(which helps financially too!)
I'm searching the internet for healthy recipes to try.
I live in N.C. It's a beautiful place and very good for outdoor exercising, which I try to do as much as possible.

I love to read and I will read ANYTHING. I like romance, sci-fi, detective stories, all of them.
Recently read: The Twilight series, The Eragon series, Eat, Pray, Love, and Nora Roberts series.
I am a music fanatic. I listen to everything and my playlist is very eclectic!
I am an avid movie watcher. It's cheap entertainment, which is good because I'm fresh out of college. I will watch anything except for scary movies or thrillers.
I'm very crafty. I love to sew, quilt, cross-stitch, scrapbook, and make my own body washes, bubble bath, soap and candles.
