So grateful for SparkPeople! I started (again) at 280 in April, 2013, determined to lose at least 100 pounds. As of January, I lost about 30 pounds but have learned how to treat myself better, how to track, and become ever committed to long term weight loss. My long term goal is about 150.

My Program:
My Rule of Life is my foundation - Mass, praying the Office, Service, Prayer.
Sparkcoach is great and gives me the structure that I need.
I am progressively adding exercise but have a lot farther to go here. I'm moving now, at least, and liking it.

Personal Information:
I'm from northwest Illinois and have two adult sons. I'm working and love my job - most of the time. I'm a late bloomer-- I plan on working to 70 or so and want to be healthy.

Other Information:
My new priority is to take care of myself like I have not yet done in my life.
