September 2013: I have lost steadily and tracked my food and have lost about 25 pounds since my highest weight of 288. On the way to 150. I am 61, in the middle of a divorce, and have ...

~~~~The Five "W"'s of Life~~~~
WHO you are is what makes you special.
Do not change for anyone.
WHAT lies ahead will always be a mystery.
Do not be afraid to explore.
WHEN life pushes you over,
you push back harder.
WHERE there are choices to make,
make the one you won't regret.
WHY things happen will never be certain.
Take it in stride and move forward.
These 5 "W"'s are
A Wonderful Way to Wake-up on Wednesday!!!
Enjoy the day!!
Many people don't want their a/c on when I clean their homes during the summer. I sweat enough just from work.
Thank you for the comment on my blog. Have you had your knees checked?
Is the cartilage gone? If so I am sure that although weight loss will help so much, you might still have to have replacement.
About the swelling. I have swollen for years but not like this. They told me at the surgeon's that any surgery will cause swelling. This is ridiculous though.
I also have bad circulation.
