WOMAN ON A MISSION

HERE'S TO 2011! THIS IS THE YEAR I do this and become healthy and reach my goals! I am so glad I have foundsparkpeople So excited to continue on my journey. I am a member of Tops and have to date lost 30 pounds but I still have 45 to go, I know with the support and tools of spark people I will reach my goals. My main goal is to healthy and happy in my own skin. I want to make this a lifestyle change. I don't want to be the "big girl " anymore....I know there is a beautiful, confident woman ...

My Goals:
my goals are:
1. To be healthy and happy
2. to make my weight loss a lifestyle change and to help my family to get healthy.
3. to start a running program and run my first 5k in june.
4. to be at my goal weight by June 2011

My Program:
I exercise 5-6 days a week. I LOVE turbo jam.....so I incorporate turbo jam and do strength training with Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred and no more problem zones.

My name is Heather and I live in New Brunswick , Canada, I am orginally from Nova Scotia. I have been married for 18 years to a wonderful and supportive husband. I have 2 beautiful girls 16 and 10, they are my rock

Other Information:
I have a journal and I write down everything that I eat.... the good and the bad, I keep track of all my food, water and exercise and also how I am feeling and try to keep myself motivated. I love quotes and I am always trying to find new ones, they really keep me going.

Awesome Job!!!! I love Plyo too....it really makes you work. I did cardio X last night...felt great. Tonight I have to do shoulders and arms, I haven't tried this one yet. Keep up the great work ! emoticon emoticon

Ahh :) Last night didn't feel as awesome as tonight's Plyometrics! I remember not liking Plyo so much, no I can't remember why :). LOVEd it!

Chest and Back was nice on Monday. I could tell I got a workout with my few reps on my knees or a chair, and I am definitely still sore, so yeah, nice... but I can wait for more accomplishment in the push-up/pull-up department :)

Yaay for the Core Synergistics girl! One of my favorites for my problem area! It's s hard one, way to push through it... and with Zumba too!
