    I just did it. I set the alarm clock and got up and got dress. Grab my water and did not have time to talk myself out of not doing it. I felt good about it and then at the end of the week I was feeling good about myself. Then I just made it part of my day but I would take one day or two days off some times. I did not have a buddy to meet either and I know that's hard but I was doing this for me and that's why I could get up and go. Hope this helps !! Let me know what you do.     How did you get started with your work outs. I find myself making excuses. I am a mimi to two little girls so I babysit them after work 6pm -11:30pm I wanted to go to the gym once she picked them up but they wanted to stay all night. They cry if I walk out the door. My goal today is to try to go early am . Any advice :0/ emoticon
