That's because you are weighing in every day - it's the exact reason why i stopped doing that. Your weight fluctuates too much every day to be positively reinforcing. just do it once a week, or even every two. you'll feel better. emoticon

i switched to a low carb beer this weekend (which honestly i don't know why i didn't do it sooner because it's actually pretty good) and i am down 2 pounds!! i just found one of my biggest problems!!!! YAY!!! emoticon
