    Hello, thank you for responding to one of my blogs. I am guessing you might have seen it by way of the Emotional Eaters Spark Team (EE). I am an EE also. Especially at time. I currently have my own personal challenge to drop 30 pounds by August 10 for a special event. So far I have managed to cut way back on the night time EE. I have gone 22 days with only 3 nights of only a LITTLE bit of EE and I have increased my exercising and more healthy eating and healthier life style by a lot, enough that I am very pleased. I have dropped some weight and I believe I can only get better.
    One thing I am finally accepting is that I will probably be an EE for the rest of my life so I will always have to be aware of what I am doing. I am coming to grips with this and I believe that having joined Spark is helping me to gain acceptance of who I am and how to live with myself. LOL, I have to laugh, because I am tired of crying about it.
    Anyway, welcome and I think you will find all your answers somewhere in all the information and team members you have access to. Again, welcome on board. emoticon

    Hey WNT2LOSE35! And I thought I was the only person crazy enough to work, go back to school and be a single parent. That was a few years back. My son was 2 when I went back to school. It was day after day of rushing him to daycare, rushing to work, rushing to school, rushing sometimes back to work, rushing back to daycare. The only reason I didn't gain even more weight than I did was all the rushing around & long rushed walks from parking lots to classes. I spent time in the evenings with my little boy, put him to bed, take a nap, wake up & do homework and cram for exams. Didn't sleep much. But I was determined that I was going to be the best mom, graduate with honors and continue to be an asset to my employer. I did the best I could; made Dean's list, honor societies, came close to graduating with honors. But boy did it take a toll. I was a stressed-out basket-case and physically felt like I was 20 or 30 years older than 38. So please, take care of yourself. If you have to eat a lot of fast food try to make healthy choices. And you'll have to push yourself, but try not to push too hard. emoticon
