My Goals:
My Goal is to lose 2 pounds weekly. I need to lose 150 pounds and I want to do it the right way and keep it off.
My Program:
I'm just taking one day at a time and making healthy choices for my meals and snacks and stationary biking and indoor walking daily. And drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
Other Information:
I like to read, write, play games, watch movies of all type. Dancing, Bowling and swimming.
