Hi there,
I am currently wanting to get myself healthy ...I am a dog trainer and work a LOT so am on the go all the time..I have 5 dogs (Great Dane,Plott Hound,Cairn terrier(my only female doggie) and a Maltese plus a foster dog - a Schnorkie(schnauzer/yorkie mix) 3 cats a frog,rabbit and a Beta fish lol....and a teenager (he will be 17yrs old New Years Day - we share the same birthday which is really cool! )...My biggest challenge is being prepared as I am TIRED all the time ..If I have time for myself I tend to spend it SITTING down between pain in knee,legs and back etc etc the idea of trying to do MORE by preparing for MYSELF in order to be healthy just seems like more work to me - yes its an excuse and I feel a good one HOWEVER it isn't something that will get me where I want to be so now is the time for me to change things - I tell myself if I don't want to be tired and in pain then I HAVE to do this for MYSELF!! Does this work? - not really... so I have joined Sparkle in order to get some motivation - some accountability - and to meet some new friends that share in my pain and can understand where I am coming from...I know that I am NOT alone in this and with all the support from Spark people I know now I can do this once and for all...thank you for stopping by ...
