Doing Jazzercise 4 to 5 times per week and giving up fast food (for starters). I also practise and teach karate a couple of times per week.

Thanks for your comments on my blog post yesterday! I'm glad that my experiences and the article I found were helpful to you.

I know what you mean about having a hard time when visiting family. If we are driving, we usually bring a cooler to put together a veggie tray and something that incorporates fruit. Not that I always make the ideal choices, but at least I have the option of putting something healthy in my body.
