As of June 2012 - Latest info! Down 125 lbs with Sensa in 3+ yrs! I am down from a size 26 to a 6/8. I am smaller now than I was in high school and when I got married. I feel great and I am trying to eat more Primal most of the time, keeping sugar, grains and starchy carbs to a minium. That coupled with Sensa has been my secret over the summer to finally getting the scale to really move! It has been great. I am becoming a more experimental cook now than ever before!
