Making the journey

I am a retired woman who has been pretty sedentary for several months. I recently developed severe arthritis in both knees and am getting injections to ease the problem. That being said, I am now going to the gym and using the stationary bicycle for 20 minutes a day, soon to be increased to 30 minutes. I also plan on joining a yoga class at the gym. As the Unsinkable Molly Brown said, "I ain't down yet." I plan to be able to do any activity I want and lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Yay!!
