Whitney's Weight Loss

As a recent newly wed I am looking to lose weight and get fit. Obviously the wedding is already over, but I'd like to lead a healthy life. I am currently enrolled in a wellness class and enjoy learning new things about my health and nutrition!

My Goals:
My current goal is to loss 42 pounds in 42 weeks. I thought that this was a reasonable amount considering it would be to lose one pound per week. However, my ultimate goal, where I'd be happiest in life, would be to lose 54 pounds.

My Program:
I am currently involved in a very educational wellness class in my local area. The class teaches about health and nutrition. It digs down deep into topics that I've never covered. I devote my current success to the education I've learned from this class and my self motivation.

I am happy with the person I am but I've learned that living a healthier lifestyle will mean a greater future for myself and my family!

Personal Information:
I live in central Michigan with my husband and his three boys; ages 13,14 & 16. We recently married and have purchased and remodelled a 2nd home, which has kept us very busy.

Taking my personal health into consideration, I knew it was time to make some life changes... and this is where I've come for the support!

Other Information:
Without goals, and plans to reach them, you are like a ship that has set sail with no destination.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you - just a little crazy around my house right now=)

The virtual me is from prevention.com. You can only do it one at a time so I used PrintShop to put it together. It really helps to see the end of my journey!

To get the 15 pounds lost go to "edit your page" choose which photo you want to replace and click on it. On the right hand side in small print it will say "choose from our success library" just click and you can change it every 5 pounds!
