My goals are to remain between 135-140 in weight; to exercise three times a week(2 in gym & 1 walking). To take my walking goal from 7 miles to 9 miles and to never go back to being deemed diabetic!
I am going to try to keep my food intake to 1200 or less calories a day with Sparkpeople, exercise in the gym twice a week and walk seven to nine miles every Saturday.
I am a mother of two wonderful children, three grand-children and great grand-children. I live in Kentucky where I transferred for work. I plan on retiring in 5 yearas and looking to become a volunteer my relaxing years!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. My mother has MS and we cared for her 10 years before we just couldn't do it anymore. She comes home for Easter and Thanksgiving. It's nice.
I hope you get to call your dad and spend time with him on Thanksgiving Day that way. I'm sure hearing his voice will be nice. It's tough when our parents are in homes. I never thought it would happen to me, but it did. Making the best of it.
