Time to reinvent my SELF..

This is it! My last chance to reinvent myself before I enter my next decade. I need all the support and help I can get and I hope Sparkpeople is one of them.

Typically, I'm really good with my diet - lots of fresh vegetables, high fiber-rich foods, low fat, low sodium and sugar, etc... but...

My weakness - CARBS! It's like a devil lurking in my brain whispering.. or rather screaming.. eat carbs.. eat carbs.. it's so good for you!

So here goes.. no more ...

Wow!!! That is so great. I look forward to the day I will say the same. I am feeling better, enjoying the summer. I visited my mother in San Diego last week. Gained weight this past winter, but now have recommitted myself to the program and am down 5 pounds in one week. I have started to walk at Fresh Pond and in the neighborhood by the Charles. Karen
