Hi once again. I have been absent and therefore I have to do this all over again. I am day 3 back on my program. I am very discouraged with myself, but I refuse to buy new clothes. I will wear the same things (like 2 pair of pants) until I can get things back into control. I must do this so I can stick around for my darling grandkids. Please learn from my absence that it is essential to stick to the program. emoticon

Glad you're back--I've missed you!

I want you to stick around, so I'm going to share my secret:
There's a knack to this, I've finally learned it: self love!
If you "parent" yourself, feed yourself healthy and light, make sure you get enough exercise, and make it fun exercise that you LIKE doing, drink enough water, make "play dates" with your friends, etc. you begin to feel different about yourself, and as you begin to love yourself you automatically take better care of yourself. It's a cycle. And it sets you up to lose weight and keep it off.
