Just for today-one day at a time
Hi,
I'm a 40 something SAHM mom to a wonderful 9 year old who deserves a mom that can really be there for her! I want to be around to see her prom, help plan her wedding, get to hold her first baby....
My father died when he was only 53 from heart disease--I don't want history to repeat itself.
Ahead is a long journey to shed the pounds but I believe when motivated by love, anything is possible. My daughter is the love of my life. I am hoping my actions motivated by ...

My goal is to lose 200#.
To be able to ride a roller coaster with my daughter.
To get back into hiking and revisit Oregon & Hawaii to go hiking.

Something most people would be surprised to know about me is that I am NOT a huge fan of chocolate (definitely a vanilla lover)
Other Information:
I love cats and have 2 adorable ones (maybe I am biased but...they ARE!)
and 4 hamsters--2 big guys and 2 little ones.
Also, have been married for nearly 25 years and have a wonderful 10 year old who definitely keeps me on my toes
