I want to weight an athletic 115lbs.

I want to develop healthier coping skills when I feel bored or stressed.



My Program:
I love to run several times a week, ride my bike to work and do all kinds of outdoor activities.

I also love to strength train at the gym or outside when the weather is nice.

I go up the stairs at work and try to walk as much as I can when I run errands.

Thanks for commenting on my blog, "An Inadvertent Non-scale Victory." I appreciate the support. Have healthy, fun weekend!

PS: I haven't weighed myself since last September. I don't really care what I weigh. Like you, I believe the number on the scale is just a number. I do a lot of strength training and my body has firmed up and gotten smaller. The way my clothes fit and just how I FEEL is more important to me than what the scale might say.

Congrats to you on having a more toned and strong body! Keep up the good work!
