My Goals:
I'm leaving for Europe (France) on May 17th and would like to be 7 lbs lighter. That's my short term goal.
For my long term goal, I'd like to get below 150 by mid summer.
My Program:
I'm a defecter from eDiets, and I'm thrilled that all of the women from our eDiets Weight Watchers group have come over here. It just shows that we truly are ALL FAMILY!!

I live in a small town just north of Toronto, in Canada.
I've been married almost 27 yrs, and have 3 sons and a daughter.
