6 Impossible Things

I'm a 40something mother of 6. I'm tired of existing in a place beneath my passion because of my weight and the subsequent health issues, ie. fatigue, sleeplessness, chronic pain, low immunity. I was a dancer, a competitive swimmer and I hiked waterfalls all over California before I had my first child at 18. I'm not healthy enough to do any of that right now, but I will be.

My Goals:
Lose 10 lbs a month for 3 months (Down 30 by NewYears)

Keep training and do the "Warm Up" 5K in Chicago in February 2015
Compete on a team at the Chicago, ROC race in May, 2015
And compete with Big Daddy in the Warrior Dash in August 2015


My Program:
What I'm putting in:

I don't really deny myself anything, but I keep a tight control on how much of everything I eat and I add alot of healthy stuff like greek yogurt, more raw veggies and less grain based carbs to my diet.

How I'm working it out:

I try to exercise every day except Sunday. I walk at least 2 miles at about 17 min per mile, dance, do strength training, yoga and basic calisthenics (jumping jacks, push ups, squats etc...)
